Absolutely. Our products are made with natural, skin-loving ingredients — including sea moss, essential oils, clays, and plant-based butters. We never use harmful chemicals, synthetic fragrances, or parabens.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to hygiene standards and the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re so sorry to hear that! Please email us at charmicabernette@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll review your case and provide a replacement or store credit as needed.
How long does shipping take?
