Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Please note that during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you of any delays.
Shipping Time & Rates:
Shipping times and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Charmica Bernette is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages. Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. If your order is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend reaching out to your local postal service.
Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of hygiene and product safety.

My aunt and went to the Curl Friends Expo here in Wellington, Fl and my aunt bought me the goat milk soap, turmeric soap and this face and body butter and I overly love this butter. I have really dry skin and eczema on my knuckles on my hands and this butter has really helped me.. in addition, I have to say that the goat milk soap also helped because it gave my body as well as my hands more moisture. I’m very invested in the soap and face/body butter.
